We provide a complete installation of our balconies at an extra cost from £ 380, up to 100 miles from the workshop Boston -Lincolnshire, PE21 8DR .

For correct Balcony size order: PLEASE ADD AT LEAST 300 mm TO THE SIZE OF YOUR OPENING DOOR/WINDOW.

 Product it`s ready to hang on the wall You need speak with your local builder and agreed correct fixings bolts depending you wall structure etc.   Brick wall, Stone block, Timber frame, PVC frame and rest building wall structures .

 Product finished in two options;

- Option 1. Primer and Powder coating  Black

 All the balconies are guaranteed for a period 5 years for primed and powder coated Glass Juliet balcony .
 Please note that if your location is within 40 miles of the coast we cannot give you the warranty on this product!!!

 

- Option 2. With Hot Zinc Metal Spraying under top powder coating.

Zinc metal spray applied by electric arc process 35 to 40 micron this will provide a long life coating

of 10 to 25 years.

Zinc is suitable for protection up to 300 C.

This process is often specified in preference to galvanizing for its ease of application without the

need for drilling of drain/vent holes and to avoid the risk of distortion.
